Own the work from problem to production.
- Design and implement reliable Rust services and APIs for two-way messaging.
- Improve delivery orchestration, retries, backpressure, and real-time event handling.
- Build safe fleet-management capabilities for a growing Mac mini footprint.
- Instrument production systems and turn operational signals into durable improvements.
- Work with web, Apple-platform, and infrastructure engineers on end-to-end features.
Judgment, craft, and a bias toward useful.
- Strong production experience with Rust or deep systems experience in a comparable language.
- Comfort with asynchronous systems, networking, databases, and failure-aware design.
- A practical approach to testing, observability, and incremental architecture.
- Clear written communication and the judgment to own ambiguous technical problems.
